How we handle your information

Who we are

KarKen Studio is operated by CV. KarKen Jaya Abadi, registered in Indonesia and based in Surabaya, East Java. We work with clients worldwide.

If you have any question about this notice or want your information deleted, email studio.karken@gmail.com and we will handle it.

What we collect when you book a call

The booking form asks for your name, email address, optionally your company name, and a short description of what you would like to automate. We also record the timezone your browser reports, so the invitation shows sensible times for you.

We do not ask for payment details, and we never will on this website.

What we do with it

Your details are used to create the calendar event, send you the invitation and the Google Meet link, and prepare for the call itself. That is the whole purpose.

The calendar event lives in Google Calendar, and Google sends the invitation email on our behalf. Google processes that information under its own privacy terms.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is described here.

If we emailed you first

We run outbound email to businesses we think we could genuinely help. Those messages use business contact details from public sources and lead databases.

Every message includes a way to opt out. Ask us to stop and we stop — you do not need to give a reason, and we will remove your details from our outreach lists.

How long we keep it

Calendar events and the notes attached to them are kept while there is a live conversation, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we have context if you come back to us.

Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, except where we are required to keep records for accounting purposes.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how quickly they load. These are privacy-friendly by design: they do not use cookies and do not build a profile of you across websites.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
